Our company, with triple digit year-over-year growth, is a global leader in the hottest segment of the enterprise (SaaS) marketing technology and advertising technology industries. We are looking for a Demand Generation & Marketing Programs Manager with B-to-B lead gen, events management and campaign execution experience to join the marketing team. While initially an individual contributor, you will have a highly influential and highly “promotable” role reporting to and working closely with the CMO (Chief Marketing Officer.)
       
      You are a marketing athlete and are proficient in several marketing disciplines including marketing project management, executing via multiple marketing technologies such as email campaigns, writing engaging campaign calls-to-action and optimizing yield from TagMan’s attendance at various industry conferences, tradeshows and events.  You have a strong attention to detail, are well organized and can manage and influence multiple projects simultaneously.  While maybe not yet an ‘expert,’ you are comfortable leveraging and managing teams and consultants/ agencies who implement various marketing technologies and programs for you including the Corporate Website, SEO, PPC/ Paid Search (SEM), email marketing, display advertising, retargeting, affiliate marketing, direct mail, Marketing Automation and Analytics & Optimization.
       
       
      Key Responsibilities:
       
      •           Builds world-class capabilities and best practices within the Campaign Management discipline: tools, people, process, key performance measures, tracking & reporting, analytics, and continuous process improvement.
      •           Build and maintain a regular cadence of inbound and outbound campaigns, collaborating with internal marketing services and external agencies as needed to ensure seamless execution.
      •           Executes multichannel programs and marketing tactics and other activities including but not limited to Marketo/ Eloqua/ Hubspot marketing automation lead generation and lifecycle ‘drip’ campaigns, industry event yield, Webinars, Virtual Seminars, and online marketing programs to generate leads and develop opportunity pipeline.
      •           Oversee strategy and execution of Corporate Website and demand creation for new customer acquisition including all inbound and outbound marketing programs (e.g., content marketing, paid search, social, SEO, email, display advertising, retargeting, testing, affiliate marketing and direct mail.
      •           Oversight of the Marketo marketing automation execution including campaigns, programs, drip & nurture programs and customer newsletter communications.
      •           Coordinate logistics of TagMan’s multiple and simultaneous trade show sponsorships, speaking events, webinars and virtual events.
      •           Work closely with global marketing team (creative, writers, SEM, web production, campaign analytics) to ensure high quality and timely campaign execution.
      •           Work with product/ content marketing to design compelling offers and calls to action, and setting program goals and measurement criteria
      •           Collaborate with product marketing/ content marketing to design compelling offers & calls to action, ensuring prospect-centric campaign and communication materials are complimentary to product marketing’s messaging.
      •           Write compelling marketing copy and offer descriptions for landing pages, emails, registration pages, ads, etc.
      •           Ensure our interactive presence is market leading and aligned to meet core marketing objectives.
      •           Evaluate, select and manage outside vendors that contribute to lead generation programs
       
      Skill Set:
       
      •           This is a multi-disciplinary ‘marketing athlete’ role, giving broad exposure across all areas of marketing. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated track record of achievement, proven ability to learn quickly on the job and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
      •           Master at executing innovative and results-focused events, programs and marketing campaigns
      •           Program/project management skills; Strong communication skills
      •           Extraordinary communication and copywriting skills
      •           Advanced User or Certification with Marketo or other email/marketing automation tools
      •           Certification and/or experience with Omniture, Google Analytics, or similar business intelligence tools
      •           Exposure to marketing automation, including Social & Video distribution tools and its ability to enhance inbound marketing efforts
      •           Experience with salesforce.com or similar CRM system, including integration/API examples
      •           Above/beyond attention to detail, grammar, content creation etc.
       
      Education and Experience:
      •           4 + years of demonstrable proven experience in demand generation & lifecycle management with proven B2B results
      •           Experience in building out global demand generation coverage models and allocating leads to teams based on region.
      •           Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business administration or related field
