Marketing Director, Lead Generation Campaigns – Elasticsearch – Bay Area
Overview:
This position will report to the VP of Marketing. In this role, you will plan, implement and track inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns that funnel leads into the sales pipeline to generate revenue. This position is located in the Bay Area; exact location depending on what is convenient for you with an opportunity to telecommute.
Your day:
· Own all aspects of the lead generation funnel.
· Create, implement and manage a range of inbound and outbound marketing campaigns utilizing email, SEM, SEO, social media and lead nurturing.
· Leverage lead scoring and nurturing programs to educate the market and develop qualified leads over time.
· Drive conversions and success through creative, integrated, innovative campaign planning and execution.
· Manage a calendar of all global campaigns, clearly setting expectations and establishing accountability for deadlines with all stakeholders involved, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
· Use a test, measure, learn approach to iterate and optimize campaigns to drive the best possible results, plugging any leaks in the lead funnel. This includes regular reporting of campaign activities, insights and results.
· Champion the quality of data in our sales funnel and prospect database, working with marketing and sales operations teams to effectively grow and segment the database in order to run effective, targeted campaigns.
Your skills and experience:
· 5+ years experience running B2B lead generation programs, measuring their success, and optimizing results
· Marketo and Salesforce experience preferred
· Passion for analytics and record of using data to improve business decisions
· An established track record of working with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute campaigns
· Strong project management skills and experience, including managing internal stakeholders and external agencies, and multiple campaigns and projects at once
· Self-starter with strong organizational skills
· Ability to focus on detail while prioritizing multiple simultaneous projects
· Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and social media
· Bachelors degree in related field
