      POSITION SUMMARY

                The Marketing Manager will be part of Winshuttle’s marketing team reporting to the Director of Demand Generation. In this role he/she is responsible for implementing the regional marketing plan to help increase Winshuttle brand awareness and enable the company’s partner manager teams/channel network meet their commercial objectives in Latin America and Asia Pac. This position will own and assist partners with the management of events, webinars, multi-touch outbound email campaigns, regional web presence, online marketing, databases, content localization, and more, all within a set budget and timeline. He/she will also help with and research and monitoring of market conditions and competitor data, which will be used to develop, implement and manage the marketing plan. The role is based in Bothell, WA.

      ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

      •                Execute regional      marketing plan in conjunction with wider Marketing organization.
      •                Help      partners execute their Winshuttle marketing plans.
      •                Leverage the      company’s marketing automation and other tools, strive to implement and      share best practice in marketing and project management. Assist the sales      teams as needed.
      •                Track and      monitor success and return of all marketing activities and provide input      to plan adjustments in order to optimize output for the sales organization      and partner network
      •                Deliver regular      analysis and reporting on marketing activities.
      •                Manage      relationships and deliverables of external marketing agencies and other      service providers as relevant.
      •                Budget      management
      •                30% travel      required

      •                
        •                          Deliver and       help partners deliver events and webinars including all planning,       scheduling, pre, onsite and post event activities
        •                          Plan and       implement and help partners with planning and implementation of regional       campaigns and surveys including relevant follow up
        •                          Integrate       regionally relevant Winshuttle promotions into marketing activities
        •                          Execute the       regional database growth and maintenance plan
        •                          Manage the       regional web presence on the partner portal through the Wordpress content       management system
        •                          Produce       regional content and help with localization of corporate content such as       email campaigns, event materials, collateral, digital sales tools etc
        •                          Assist with       recruitment of customer references for speaker engagements, video       productions, case studies and press interviews
        •                          Manage the       regional PR plan if and as appropriate in a sub region
        •                          Leverage       the company’s active social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook,       Twitter and blogs, and perform continual outreach to grow brand       awareness.
        •                          Assist in optimizing       regional PPC and SEO campaigns, including with the development and       implementation of landing pages
                  

                 

       

      DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

      •                3- 8 years B2B      marketing experience .
      •                BA or BS in      English, Communications, Marketing or other relevant degree or experience.     
      •                Strong      project management / organizational skills; comfortable with numbers; excellent      attention to detail.
      •                In-depth experience      with Marketing Automation and CRM tools required. Marketo experience a      plus.
      •                Good English      language and writing skills; Ability to effectively communicate      information and ideas in written and verbal form.
      •                Knowledge      and understanding of social media platforms and their respective      participants (LinkedIn, Facebook, Digg, YouTube, Twitter, Flickr, etc.)      and how they can be deployed in different scenarios.
      •                Good      technical understanding of digital analytics and the ability to pick up      new monitoring and reporting tools quickly.
      •                Experience      with web content management tools.
      •                Team player      and self-starter in a high-growth environment.
      •                Excellent      ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues in other      departments and time zones, with suppliers and with company affiliates.
      •                Fluent in      English and Spanish. Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese a plus.

      PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

                While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods of time, operate a personal computer, visually inspect forms, conduct oral communication via telephone and in person, and occasionally lift and /or move up to 20 pounds.
