Convercent is seeking a Marketing Programs Manager to join our team. This critical role requires an analytical marketer experienced with content marketing and lead nurturing. Success in this role will be measured in terms of creating effective lead nurturing programs through our Marketo marketing automation solution, optimizing our marketing investments and working effectively cross functionally.
Responsibilities

Plan, test and manage execution of integrated marketing nurture campaigns – leverage tactics across all available channels, including email, webinars, content syndication, etc. to effectively engage prospects

Develop and manage prospect nurturing programs to educate and convert initial interest into qualified leads
-
Coordinate with subject matter experts to focus content efforts on topics and media types proven to be most engaging
-
Writing promotional emails for best practices, events, webinars and other types of content
-
Determine how to most effectively identify and reach targeted personas
Desired Skills & Experience

2+ years experience running B2B lead nurturing programs, measuring their success and optimizing results

Marketo and salesforce.com experience preferred

Self-starter with strong organizational skills

Ability to focus on detail while prioritizing multiple simultaneous projects

Outstanding communication skills – written, verbal and social media
