Hi Greg, What program statuses do you recommend for the EP channel? Here are some I've seen from the discussion boards: Member In Nurture Engaged Succees Paused Moved Out When you change the engagement cadence to "Paused" you set the program status to "Paused" -- when the lead resumes you change the engagement cadence to "Normal" and the program status to what?

Hello, I've been using Default Programs to send emails in a cadence series. I'm now creating my first engagement program. How do you manage record membership to ensure a record can't be active in both a default email program and in an engagement program at the same time?

I'm using a blank template, so my next guess is that the gray bars are present because of the unsubscribe. Any recs to (or should you) bypass that for Sales Insight email?

I want to publish blank emails to sales insight, to replicate the look and feel as if it were sent directly from Outlook. Does anyone know how to get rid of the grey panels on the right and left in the email template?

Hi Josh, I set "Remove from SFDC" to false for my flow step. The lead lifecycle picked up the durable unsubscribed import records as net new, and synced them all to SFDC. The campaign Smart List is a trigger for "Person is Created and source type is not SalesForce.com" - I'm thinking I could add "is not List Import" as well to avoid the duplication? Appreciate any advice! Thanks!

I tried this process and it ended up creating duplicates in SalesForce. The leads I imported into the "Durable Unsubscribed Import" list already exist in my SalesForce instance (from a previous email tool). Do you have a workaround that will account for that? Thanks!
