We faced an issue regarding Robot clicks in e-mails. We often notice that there are robot clicks on the emails we are sending. This affects a lot our campaign results. Same kinds of email addresses are clicking on emails with exactly the same time and date and the same type of email addresses. For instance : email@example.com. We tried the Marketo new feature regarding Bot clicks but we did not see a significant change before and after activation: Admin > Email > Bot Activity > Enable filtering of Email Bot Activity.
Do you have advices or best practice examples to share with us we could use to reduce email bot click impacts? We would like to avoid robot clicks or at least decrease the number of robot clicks in emails (not forms).
