We are currently in between roles for a true MarOps professional (they start within a few weeks), but in the meantime, we've encountered a split in the road when it comes to syncing prospect records from SFDC to Marketo, without creating an influx in our duplicates queue.   An example: As we've been building out a Direct Mail program and campaigns to support it, we're starting to need to move more records over to Marketo for prospect activities. Obviously we don't want to sync them over unless we're sure we're not going to create a dupe.   The option we see as valid/safest right now is:  - Export the entire DB into an excel sheet and cross reference before we import via some algorithms  - Sync to Marketo on all records we find that are not already in Marketo with a bulk update of "sync to marketo = true"   Is there a smarter, better, easier way to do this?   Thanks for any and all help! ...
