Making a smart campaign act as an exclusion

Hello! I'm new to using Marketo and I currently have an interesting moment set up where whenever someone clicks a link in an email it is marked as an interesting moment. However, I need to create an exclusion in the campaign that would prevent a spambot clicking on an email link to be marked as an interesting moment.
