We are working on launching a journey flow that will send leads who have not completed the sign up process to an ad network for retargeting. This is the first time our org and team has done this so wanted to reach out and understand what some best practices are around Smart Campaign set up and if there is a way to set up a triggered smart campaign to automatically send leads to an ad network and remove them from that flow? Here is the flow of our journey and what we are looking to accomplish.
Day 1: Email will be sent based on leads that qualify
Day 1 through 5: Observe email recipient's behavior
Day 5: Trigger or batch the leads who OPENED the email to Ad Network flow
NEED: How to send those leads? Can it be done automatically?
Day 5 through 12: Qualified leads will be served Ads, leads that complete the sign up process will be excluded from list. (We have a query set up to identify leads who complete sign up process)
NEED: How to exclude those leads and remove them from Ad Network flow?
Day 12: Leads that still have not completed the Sign up process will be sent another email.
