FWIW, I haven't bothered with the A/B format but opted to A/B test on my own within a Smart Campaign using 'Random Sample' in the Smart List and splitting the 2 emails in the Flow by adding Random Sample again as an 'Add Choice'.

This can happen, especially when emails are forwarded.Make sure your icon images are the exact height and width you want, then specify the height and the image in your css.

Not sure if it helps, but I've never been successful using a shortcut within an email.
