Not sure how feasible this is but, It would be great if there was a filter or constraint within Marketo which could tell you if a Lead viewed the HTML or Text version of an email.
We would like to be able to create a duplicate lead in SFDC when an existing lead in Marketo performs a certain action on receipt of a Marketo email i.e. fills a form, downloads content etc. Marketo natively does not create duplicates so we are having a challenge with this, any ideas on a workaroun...
