This might be an incredibly unsexy solution, but you could create the same smart campaign 4 times and just run them at different intervals. (just realized my first solution likely wouldn't solve what you're trying to do) 🙂

In the setup step - did you select the emails that you want reporting for? (sorry, can't see the setup from that screenshot). It won't automatically show you anything sent - even if you wanted to see every single email with activity on that date - you need to add it in the setup step.
I'm actually in the same boat. Our Go-To-Webinar confirmation replies are being flagged as 554, but they're all sending from the exact same Marketo account that sent the email invite in the first place, so wouldn't the DKIM, SPF, etc all be the same? The only links that would different and contained...
