I believe certainly you can achieve this. There's a way you can create a custom form over the Marketo landing page. After this step just saves that page as pdf and send it to your client. Once they fill out the form in pdf they will see the thankyou page upon submission. -R

Possible reason is due to SSL. As some of your assets files like css / js are on http and HTML on https or vice versa. It would be great if you can share one LP link. So we can debug here.

Anita, I would say you can implement google analytics via tag manager as well in order to get unique visits or referrals or further drill down reporting.+Matjaž Jaušovec you are right marketo page visits can be generated by bots as well so we can't just rely on marketo reports for visits
