I am having trouble locating the account ID on the contact record. Does this need to be a custom field with a formula that pulls the account id into the field under the contact object? I thought account ID was an out of the box field, am I missing something?
Did anyone experience issues with their Microsoft Dynamic syncs in the last few months?Basically leads that were not automatically synced/updated between Marketo and SFDC during the backend sync, so data on fields/leads were not syncing to the CRM. Has anyone else experienced this?
