I just tried to do a change data value and used the {{lead.Acquisition Date}} token in the date field. It didn't do anything. Is there another way to change the data value?
We are using a list that already exists and each person has a different acquisition date.
Hi All,I would like to create a wait step that makes the lead wait 10 days from their Acquisition Date. I tried to use the {{lead.Acquisition Date}} plus 10 days token in the wait step but it did not work. Any suggestions?Thanks,Will
At the risk of showing what a novice I am, can you elaborate on the Request Campaign option? I tried to place that in my SC but there are no options in the dropdown to select another campaign.
Can you then put them back into the flow again to start over?
Hi All,I am creating a Smart Campaign in an email program that involves an email waiting 25 days before it is sent. During that 25 days, is there a way to have the system reset that counter to start over if a certain data value changes? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.Thanks.
