Sanford,We use the 'view as webpage' link from the sample emails to create pdfs for our internal teams. Unless we choose a specific contact for the sample, the links appear to be clean. Of course, this only works if the email is basic without much, if any, personalized elements.
Great idea. We create pdfs of every email we send for various internal use cases. This would save a lot of time/effort.
The answer listed by Marketo is c.) 2,000. I think the reason for this is that they count the 125 exhausted contacts as still being in the engagement program and part of the total. One of our customers just informed us they received the same error from Webroot. Is this something Marketo would have to clear up with Webroot since it seems to be triggered by the redirect URL and not the actual site we're directing people to?
Having just implemented Marketo with DCRM, we are seeing this same issue. It's limiting our ability to create the smart lists and run the reports we had planned on when we were told that Marketo integrates with Dynamics (which is half true it seems). I voted this up and hope to see a fix very soon...
