The only way I could get it to work was by setting it up through a webhook. So once the lead registers on your Marketo page, you would call the webhook that's connected to your Zap.

I'm testing the feature out now, and using Zapier to connect registrants between Marketo and GTW. It's not the most elegant solution, but I'm looking forward to trying it out!
Love this, thanks for submitting the idea. It's not obvious when an email has dynamic content and it would be very helpful if there was a clear indication of that. Maybe even a symbol on the email asset icon of some kind?
