so, when I hover over our unsubscribe link in an email I see something similar or maybe the same as what you're talking about with the 1&mkt_tok does this mean it's tracking and I don't need a smart campaign like I posted the pic of originally?

we do have a form for unsubscribes that we link to in emails. But that form was created many years ago (way before my time) and I cannot find any flow steps related to that form. Am I right in thinking that the form should have a smart campaign associated with it somewhere with flow steps in it? Or...

I did refresh the browser...it did not help so I will reach out to support. What does it mean if the list is cached? Is it inactive or not pulling the values it should be somehow?

I had this same question, I hit the refresh button (highlighted on the bottom of the list bc it's the only place I could find it) and view the people again and it still appears to be cached.
