Some business folks still won't use Marketo reports and are more comfortable in SFDC.You may need to edit your reporting objects for tasks to include lead and contact data, speak to your SFDC admin.

Just confirmed with Support, You wont be able to view Email Program emails with A/B tests to appear on an Email Performance report. Only emails without tests will appear.This will prevent users to share the report of the tests to subscribers.

If you have created 2 fields, you will have to specifically call upon each field when using in smart campaigns or list uploads.i.e. in Flow, add a choice, if SFDC Type is LEAD - Update your lead field. If SFDC Type is CONTACT - Update your contact field.
Yes, as Cecile states, you need javascript to manipulate your form. But, Forms 2.0 (which can do this function) is about to be released soon. Between now and the Marketo Summit in April it should be launched as there is a training session on it on the University Day at the summit.
Is it a static list or smart list?If its a smart list, is it part of a smart campaign that's scheduled to run everyday so your API can get the latest leads from the list?
