    Since I am having the same problem as the original poster, I thought I would add to this discussion instead of starting a new one. My IT team already created the CNAME record (pointing: go.sensus.com --> sensus.mktoweb.com ). This was done last Thursday, so I know it is not likely to be a TTL prob...
