Hi Grace, We aren't receiving any errors/test send failed reports to our inbox. If we try to send from a different email we are getting the same result. We will contact Marketo Support. Thanks! ... View more

Send Sample- Function Broken

We have our email set up and approved in Marketo and have historically been able to send ourselves a sample to verify that the email can be delivered correctly. When we click send sample and type in our email addresses then click Send, the task completes but the email is never delivered. We've also tried selecting a person and sending to a non corporate email address. How do we fix this? @ ... View more
