I had not checked it in the right hand-side, so I did that:But when I send the alert still only the contents of the script token display. I am sending the alert through the "Send Sample Email" feature. Can that be part of the problem? The other tokens in the email are working fine though

I had the same question and what I discovered is that in a way, yes, only admin can see all notifications, because in order to see a notification about a specific category like DKIM, CRM, API, Exhausted content you need to be assigned the Admin permissions to that category.
