Karen - All new outlook install will use the new version. Also this does not affect MSI installs in a crm. Only outlook. So should to be good to go now.Erin - I just sent the support folks over the initial list of folks who got the email. Thanks - Aj

Elliot,Very similar, except it wont have the user specific info required for upgrading.If you do have users having issues, please open a case with support and they will troubleshoot.Aj

Hi Erin,We plan to send out the reminder email in a week. July 10th or 11thWe will only send it to the folks who have not yet upgraded. I'll make that list available to support and you can call in and ask if there are any folks from your team on it.Aj

Erin - If for whatever reason any user did not get this email, you can resend the invite email from Admin--> Sales Insight --> Email Add In to that user. The install and the upgrage path is the same.

Hi Folks, We have started redesigning this ground up. It is a high priority for us next year. I will have a narrower delivery range in Q1. We’ll do a “sneak peak” webinar sometime then to get some feedback from you guys and show what we have planned. Will update this thread. Thanks Aj
