Allison SparrowMarketo can only sync custom objects that have a direct relationship with the Lead, Contact, or Account objects. In this case I would generally enable them under lead/contact if they connect to both person and account. This will be the most specific.

I generally find the fields appear within the next sync interval -- in other words, within 5 minutes or however long you have it set for. However, just wanted to clarify what object you have these fields set up on? Marketo will not sync custom fields on the campaign object.
