+1 to Jamie Lewis's suggestion. I think it's too seldom recognized that you can use score fields to keep track of anything you want to, not to calculate a lead score. There are many tracking and other operational uses they can have.
This is really nice work Pierce. I've used Delighted (Delighted – Customer feedback with Net Promoter Score ) in the past to achieve a similar result, but you've done a nice job just using Marketo. The dynamism on the landing page is a really nice touch.
