Found the reason; it was because the Tableau users IP address wasn’t added to the allowed IP addresses.

I'm trying to make a connection between Marketo and Tableau, and have followed all the instructions to do so, but I'm getting a "603 Stack Unavailable" error. Has anyone else had a similar issue? Was there a fix?

We've followed the instructions on setting up SPF and DKIM, but the DKIM is still pending configuration. Any idea of what to check or configure?
