Google UTM Not Working

Hi everyone, the recently started doing google ads which the CTA leads to our website. In our program, we are unable to track to UTM Medium, Source and campaign. Is this a marketo issue or a google analytic issue.

Hi Karan, yes it is the nurtureengagement dashboard. It says "0" emails sent forboth nurtures but when i pull reports the data is there.

Any idea on how to get our hero image hyperlinked? I went into design studio and found the image but for some reason it still keep point to an external url. Is this because of the global email template? If so, how can I fix?
