We have a lot of suppressions in place in Marketo so we don't email opt outs, customers, etc. When we enable Marketo Sales Insights emails in SFDC, is it possible to use these same suppression lists so sales doesn't email people who have opted out?
Hi Dan,Do you need to keep the email program? You could archive the program so it and the email aren't as easily accessible/searchable or you could delete the program all together. I haven't found a way to remove the email from the program after it's been sent.Best,Anna
I'm finding the same problem when we use custom tokens in our email subject lines. They work in the emails, but show up as the unrendered tokens in Marketo Sales Insights. Is there a way to resolve this?
