If you see multiple "clicked link in email" all in a row and occurring within the same 60 seconds or so, you've probably got a false click. Yeah, we've been dealing with this for a while, but in the last few weeks we've seen a huge spike in fake activity. Very annoying for us and Sales.
Dan, are you writing this because you've seen an uptick in this behavior recently? If so, you're not alone! I'm also looking for a method to split the difference between too much marketing suspend and too much false-positive clicking. Let me know what you find out! 🙂
I'd like to be able to go into the Marketing Activities Campaign Queue and re-order the campaigns so that they run according to how I prioritize them. If I see a campaign that I know should run before the others, rather than having to adjust sending times or pause the other campaigns, it'd be nice ...
Can someone explain why channel steps are in double digits divisible by ten (10, 20, 30, etc) rather than just 1, 2, 3, etc?
