Marketo Blackcat Error

When we try to push Smart Lists from the Database in Marketo to the Ad Platforms we get an error 'Blackcat not enabled for smart list audience sync'.  We can't find 'Blackcat' and how to solve this error and Marketo's support team is completely ignoring all of our questions and requests when we need help with such errors that are not documented.   If anyone could help, it would be highly appreciated!
