Debugging Dynamic Chat

Hello,   For Dynamic Chat, what options do we have available when it comes to debugging. While testing the chat, I have encountered multiple instances where the chat bot doesn't appear and I get the message "No Playbooks Available" in my console. Marketo email template do not encode HTML

Hi,   Is there a way to have Marketo not escape HTML of a specific email module? Currently the system is encoding "&" to "amp;" and it breaks a third party tool we are attempting to use. I didn't see any template specific syntax and am curious to see if anyone has a workaround. ... View more
