We apologize sincerely for the access issues you are experiencing today on Marketo.com. Features accessed through Marketo.com such as forms, web personalization, etc. are affected due to a domain access issue through our DNS information service provider. The Marketo.com domains are being propagated and should be completed shortly. Marketing automation capabilities such as campaign management and execution, CRM sync, Munchkin, and API are not affected. As soon as domain access is restored, you will no longer experience these issues.

I'd like to see more information on the error, why a domain was allowed to lapse, and how Marketo intends to prevent this in the future.

I'd also like a clear explanation of which parts of the system were affected and if campaigns and emails fully ran. My current understanding is that things not reliant on *.marketo.com did work. But we're seeing some emails not get sent out. What's the return to normal plan and what should I watch out for?

The communication on this outage was surprisingly limited.

I know this must have been an awful day for Marketo, but the comms from the company were not up to scratch. The posts on both Facebook and Twitter from Marketo (our only source of updates) were less than useful, to say the least.

Janet, We still have folks in Tel Aviv unable to access marketo? They have cleared the cache and tried all browsers. Has this been resolved fully?

When will subdomains be back up? I'm still seeing docs.marketo.com as down.
