I inherited a program and am actively onboarding with Marketo. It is a very simple program where someone fills out a form on the site, and they receive an email.
At the highest level view of the program within Marketo it appears as though none of the people who are filling out the form are being recorded as doing so - under "Results," all the fields are populated with a zero. See screenshot below.
In the Smart List below you can see that people are being recorded. Why is there this discrepancy? Thank you Marketo Community, I don't know what I would do without you!

There are a few errors in the smart campaign - is this smart campaign even active? The reason I ask is because I can't see how you could activate your smart campaign with the error you have in flow 5 not specifying a status of the SFDC campaign you want to sync with. (BTW - Flow step 6 is redundant coming after Flow step 5 which has an implied SFDC sync action).
But the key issue here is why does this program have no members - which doesn't have anything to do with acquisition program name being set or the sync. However, if you fixed up all the errors in the smart campaign, perhaps it'll run correctly and change the results accordingly.
Rule #1 when troubleshooting program member status is checking if the smart campaign is running properly and that program status is being updated appropriately, and the results tab of the smart campaign should tell you that. Check what it is doing when changing the status and let us know?

Can you show screen shots of how you create the smart list in your screenshot above and also maybe the smart list and flow for the smart campaign in the program. Is the smart campaign listening for people that fill out the form on a certain page and then changing their program status accordingly?

Any insight into why I'm not seeing this people tied to the campaign would be very illuminating as I'm ultimately trying to answer a bigger question...which is why we are not seeing these people anywhere in SF even though both platforms are synched. Thanks Gerard Donnelly.
Is the form local to the program or stored centrally in Design Studio?

It impacts whether or not Marketo automatically updates Acquisition program or not.
