Will Lead receive email twice?

Hello Community, 

I am looking to send an email blast to a static list that I am going to import into Marketo. In addition, I would also like to drop the same email into a stream. The problem is that some of the leads that I am importing into Marketo from this static list may already exist in the stream. If that is the case, will people recieve the email twice? Any suggestions?

If you use the exact same email asset (same ID) in as stream, people in the stream won't get the item again. However...This is the other way around. People in the stream might have already received it, and you don't want them to receive it in the blast. In that case simply add a filter to the blast (was not sent email).
