I am seeing a mismatch in figures between open rates in a program dashboard report and my smart list, can someone advise?
Hey Joel, was the email just sent recently? Sometimes the dashboards take longer to refresh and you will see different information until that occurs.
Dory is right, it takes 24 hours to 72 hours for all the stats to appear, and I believe the dashboard itself is refreshed nightly.
The smart list also may show different data vs. Email Perf Report because it looks at Leads, not email activities. If the lead is deleted or merges, the data may change.
