Where is the foundations quiz located?

I keep seeing references to a quiz in the foundations course, but it's not in any of my foundations materials. Can somebody point me to where I can find this? Thanks!

I'm not sure it exists unless you paid for it. It also looks like the course list was modified and I don't see the quiz anymore.
