Where is the email template library?

Can someone link that to me? I have heard about it but struggling to find it.

Another option is if you go to marketing activities, at the top where you see the blue book icon that says "New", select import program.  A pop up window appear with the following fields: Subscription and Import program. You should be able to import some email templates those are indicated with an EM-, landing pages and other things in there.
