A question for you all....
Where do you store all your data? I'm not talking about your leads/contacts - obviously they are in your CRM of choice.
I mean - the history of form fills, history of unsubscribes, email stats, landing page stats, any report really.
Do you export reports every month and store them on a server or similar? Also, if you do export to store data, how much do you export and how often?
I'm asking as a 'just in case' precaution.
Reports? Save it as Excel.
But ideally this all exists in a service like Tableau or RCE.
I have also worked with MDWs to export all data to a central repository that can then be queried.
Yep I understand the whole 'export as excel' function of reports
The clarity I'm looking for is other users experience of exporting data - so how often, how much and how many different types of reports just to be sure there is adequate data stored offline just in case data online is lost/damaged/corrupted etc etc.
