I would like to view and possibly edit the success of a program within the admin section but I cannot remember where to go. I want to look at all of the programs and their defined success as I inherited this instance and may need to modify more than one. Any help would be appreciated.

'Influenced' is simply the term being used. It is no different than using 'converted, engaged or blah' as tour success step. It is the rules that you define in your smart campaigns that will determine if something is a success.
Okay, thank you so much! And as a best practice, every program should have the program status/success set up, correct?
If you do not the "success" step in the flow can it be determined by status alone? For example if you have change program status to attended and attended is success in your channel steps will this be enough to calculate success ?
