Where can I find the bounces?

I have sent an email campaign and I would like to see how many emails 'bounced' = didn't get to destination.

Hey David, you can create this smart list, and be sure to use ANY filters, not ALL filters.

You can also click on the smart campaign you used to send the email and click on the "Email" tab within the campaign summary to see the email stats.

Ah yes, Val's answer is easier for just knowing how many emails were bounced.. if you want to know who the people are, the smart list will be necessary.
