Where are Activity Types defined?

I would rather not assume or guess the below-listed activity types; please advise re the definitions.  thanks!  Also, is there an online Marketo manual where I can get answers to simple questions like this in lieu of posting on a discussion panel?  Would be nice if there was a "?" info-icon to click for unique report field titles.

• Change Program Status
• Click Email
• Send Email
• Email Bounced
• Email Delivered
• Open Email
