When does a TRIGGER campaign sync a lead to SFDC?

I hope this is an easy answer.. I cannot find a solid answer. I understand you can schedule Batch Campaigns to sync to SFDC using the "Sync to SFDC" filter in the Flow at certain times/days, etc., but when does a Trigger Campaign actually sync to SFDC when using the "Sync to SFDC" filter in the flow?  Additionally, is there a way to schedule the Batch Campaigns to sync more than once a day?  In our industry, its really important to follow up on a lead within a few hours.  Is the Trigger Campaign sync a real-time update?  Can anyone help?

1. Batch Schedules - no you cannot do this more than once a day. I did think about this the other day, so add it as an Idea!
2. Sync Lead to SFDC - this is a flow action and can be used in ANY campaign. It's purpose is to update the lead in SFDC and/or to assign the lead to a User, Queue, or Auto Assignment rules.

What you need to do is decide WHEN a lead should be pushed to SFDC and how to notify Sales. This is called the Lead Lifecycle and requires quite a bit of thought.

Thanks for getting back to me.. But I still need to know if when a lead/contact fits the criteria setup in the smart list filters under the trigger campaigns, when "SYNC TO SFDC" filter is used under the flow actions if that lead/contact immediately syncs to SFDC?  Or does the system wait until a certain time of day to carryout that "SYNC TO SFDC" flow action?
