Has anyone else had this issue? Since Friday when I logged in I haven't been able to see any folders or the symbol to expand/collapse them. Tried hard refresh, log out and back in and restart with no success. No one else in my instance is having this problem. Any ideas?
No, I haven't heard any complaints in this area today, not sure what's happening. Please log a support case (if you haven't already) so that someone can take a look!

I have been connecting on about 10 different instances since Friday, without this problem.
You can also clean you browser temporary files.

Your best bet is to clear your catch and try restarting your computer. If this doesn't work and/or you notice slowing or odd functions taking place else where in your Marketo instance you may want to give Marketo Support a call and see if your instance is hosted on an old server. If that's the case you may need to switch servers (on Marketo's side) and that should help free up any glitches.
