What is the Password to Install SalesInsight package in SalesForce?

Originally I though this was something that I needed our SFDC admin to provide, but when at a Marketo trainging session, the instructor gave me a password for this entry. Now, SFDC has rejected SalesInsight, so I'm trying to get this password again. Could we document this key?
