Today we sent a Sales Insight template to two different SFDC Contacts at two different Accounts with two different owners. The email template used the Account owner tokens for the From Name, From Email and Reply-to email addresses We had several different people send the email. In each case the From Name, From Email and Reply-to email addresses were those of the sender, not the Account owner.
Has anyone else observed this behavior? Has there been a change in the way the Account owner tokens work?
