What is the new customer support number?

Hi folks. Trying to make a call to the customer support at Marketo and the call is not going through. Has this number changed recently? I'm unable to find the number to call with an urgent question.

For general support I use the support number on this page.  I just tried it this morning, and it seems to be working for me.

Hi Kenny. For some reason, when I dial the toll free number it doesn't work and when I do the 650 number without direct extension it doesn't work. I'll given that feedback to Marketo since it's happened several times for both myself and my co-workers. Thanks for the help!

Hmmm.  I'm not sure what the issue could be.  Have you tried different phones (i.e. mobile phone and then a landline)?  Maybe someone from Marketo can weigh in?
