Hey Harry,

Are you referring to the My Smart List folder in the Lead Database tab? If so, this is an area for you to create smart lists that don't tie to a campaign, or that you don't want to be a Program asset. I also use this area for data management lists.

Is that what you are inquiring about? Or did I miss the mark?
