Seen a number of recent discussions around SFDC storage limits, with the two biggest users being activity logging and email templates.
Is there a list anywhere of the default amount of time everything in the database is stored by Marketo before being archived? For example, anonymous record history, interesting moments, etc.? Also any info on what is stored by Marketo versus SFDC and other CRMs would help with system planning.
Anonymous leads that have had no web activity in the past 90 days are automatically removed by Marketo. These anonymous leads are unlikely to return to your site with the same cookie. The visitor is likely to have switched browsers or cleared their cookies; you may already have the same visitor as a new, active anonymous lead or known lead.
Marketo will automatically prune these activities:
Change score
Change data value – except changes to the Lead Owner and the Company Name fields
