What does the default status in reports mean?

Hi,

I am looking at my job category engagement report and noticed that a default status is showing with over 3,000 people in, however the only people in the engagement program should be the job categories listed. I have checked the program by setting up a smart campaign and saying:

member of engagement program = true, program name = correct engagement program

Job category is not Head of HR, Head of Payroll, Other Payroll, Other HR, Head of Reward, Training Contract

and it's coming up with 0, so unsure what default is standing for if everyone within this program has the correct job category.

Any ideas of what it could be?

Thanks.

You’d need to look at the Segment Smart Lists, then. Clearly some people who aren’t matching an explicit filter and are falling into Default.

Exactly what kind of property is Job Category? Is that a Segmentation (i.e. not a Program Status)?

Yes, it's a segmentation that we set up in database.
