I've got these renewal emails to send out. And they tell people, on a case-by-case basis, what the price of our software will be if they sign on for 1 year, 3 years, or 5 years.
I've set up tokens for these and uploaded my lists. The full dollar values for each and every lead came through on upload, but they are only showing as rounded numbers in the emails.
Why in the world would this be happening?
I should add -- when I go to view the test email as a web page, the full, unrounded dollar amounts show up.
Are you testing in Gmail or a similar client? We've had things randomly change/populate like that based on renderings inside the email client itself.
Nope, just plain old outlook. I finally switched from a currency field type to a string field type. That fixed all my problems.
Nice good work!
